Full refund: If the product is returned within the return window and in acceptable condition, a full refund is typically issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods .

Shipping fees: The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

If the product arrives defective or damaged, Flow Motion will offer a replacement or full refund without any extra charges.
