This comprehensive 4-stage kit includes sediment prefilter, carbon block prefilter, high-efficiency RO membrane, and mineral addition/carbon polishing cartridge—everything needed for a full system refresh. Engineered with the same Quick Twist quarter-turn design as your original filters, replacement is fast, tool-free, and mess-free. Each filter is precision-manufactured to Flow Motion specifications ensuring consistent contaminant reduction, balanced mineral content, and great-tasting water. Regular filter replacement maintains system efficiency, protects downstream components, and ensures your family continues to enjoy premium drinking water quality. Compatible exclusively with Flow Motion TAP RO systems. Replace pre-filters every 6-12 months and the RO membrane every 2-3 years for optimal performance, or as indicated by your FlowLink monitoring system.

    • Customers can return the product within 30 days from delivery date.

    • The water system must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original packaging, components, and accessories included.

    3. Proof of Purchase

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return or refund.

    4. Refund Process

    • Full refund: If the product is returned within the return window and in acceptable condition, a full refund is typically issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods .

    • Shipping fees: The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

    5. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If the product arrives defective or damaged, Flow Motion will offer a replacement or full refund without any extra charges.

    6. Exclusions

    • Custom or special-order water systems may be non-refundable or subject to stricter return conditions.

    7. Shipping Information

    • Each Flow Motion system is made to order, and systems will ship out in 3-5 business days after the date of purchase. Shipping and handling is calculated at check out.
    • Sediment Prefilter - For sediment and dirt reduction.
    • Carbon Block Prefilter - Chlorine and chloramine removal. Improves taste and smell of your water.
    • 75 GPD RO - Removes up to 98% of total dissolved solids. Filters down to 0.0001 micron.
    • Mineral Addition Cartridges - Reintroduces beneficial minerals into product water. Maintains positive alkalinity.
