Flow Motion Water Systems is a small manufacturer. Many of our products are assembled, configured, or fulfilled in limited quantities. This Refund & Return Policy is designed to be fair to customers while protecting against used, damaged, custom, or improperly installed product returns.

1. General Return Window
 

Unused, uninstalled, non-custom products may be eligible for return within [30] days of delivery, subject to approval. To request a return, contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
 

2. Return Eligibility
 

To be eligible for return, products must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
     

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not returnable unless defective or otherwise required

by law:

  • Installed products

  • Used filters or cartridges

  • Opened consumables

  • Custom-configured systems

  • Special-order products

  • Dealer-specific or project-specific orders

  • Electrical components that have been installed or connected

  • Products damaged by improper installation, storage, handling, freezing, water pressure, or misuse

  • Clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items marked as non-returnable
     

4. Restocking Fee
 

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to [15–25%], depending on

product condition, packaging, inspection requirements, and whether the product must

be tested or repackaged.
 

5. Return Shipping
 

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect, the customer is

responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the

return is due to our error.
 

Customers are responsible for properly packaging return shipments. We are not

responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.
 

6. Damaged Shipments
 

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, notify us

within [5] business days and provide photos of the packaging, product, shipping label,

and damage.
 

Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
 

7. Defective Products
 

If you believe a product is defective, contact us with your order information, product

details, photos, and a description of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may provide troubleshooting support, replacement

parts, repair options, replacement product, or other remedies under the applicable

warranty.
 

8. Refund Processing
 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
 

Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider

or bank.
 

Refunds are typically processed after the returned product has been received and

inspected.
 

9. Order Cancellations
 

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing, assembly, special ordering, or shipment

begins.Custom, special-order, or configured products may not be cancellable once work has

begun or materials have been ordered.
 

10. Small Manufacturer Lead Times
 

Some products may have manufacturing, assembly, or fulfillment lead times. Estimated

ship dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
 

If an order is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and

available options.
