- The water system must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original packaging, components, and accessories included.
3. Proof of Purchase
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return or refund.
4. Refund Process
- Full refund: If the product is returned within the return window and in acceptable condition, a full refund is typically issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods .
- Shipping fees: The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
- If the product arrives defective or damaged, Flow Motion will offer a replacement or full refund without any extra charges.

- Custom or special-order water systems may be non-refundable or subject to stricter return conditions.

- Each Flow Motion system is made to order, and systems will ship out in 3-5 business days after the date of purchase. Shipping and handling is calculated at check out.
