1. Return Window

Customers can return the product within 30 days from delivery date.
2. Condition of Product

The water system must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original packaging, components, and accessories included.
3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return or refund.
4. Refund Process

Full refund: If the product is returned within the return window and in acceptable condition, a full refund is typically issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods .

Shipping fees: The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
5. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product arrives defective or damaged, Flow Motion will offer a replacement or full refund without any extra charges.
6. Exclusions

Custom or special-order water systems may be non-refundable or subject to stricter return conditions.
7. Shipping Information
- Each Flow Motion system is made to order, and systems will ship out in 3-5 business days after the date of purchase. Shipping and handling is calculated at check out.
