ERA PRO
The Water Hub for Specialty Coffee and Food Service

What sets it apart
ERA PRO
ERA PRO is a high-capacity reverse osmosis platform built to give cafes, restaurants, and beverage operators cleaner water, better control, easier service, and connected performance visibility with ERA PRO-S.
From pretreatment and RO production to mineral control, tank delivery, final polishing, and FlowLink intelligence, ERA PRO is designed to make water performance visible, manageable, and consistent.
Source Water Changes. Your Bar Still Needs Control.
Water affects more than taste. It affects equipment, workflow, service calls, and daily confidence behind the bar.
ERA PRO brings the major pieces of bar water treatment into one coordinated platform: pretreatment, reverse osmosis, mineral control, storage-tank delivery, final water polishing, system diagnostics, and FlowLink intelligence on PRO-S models.
Instead of treating RO as a standalone filter, ERA PRO is designed as the water hub for specialty coffee and food service operations, helping operators produce, store, finish, monitor, and deliver water for demanding daily use.
More Than Filtration. A Complete Water Platform.
Coffee bars, restaurants, and food service operations rarely get ideal source water out of the wall. Inlet water can vary by location, season, municipality, plumbing condition, and daily demand. That variability can affect beverage programs, service needs, and equipment performance.
ERA PRO gives operators a more controlled water platform by using reverse osmosis treatment, mineral management, storage tank delivery, and final polishing before water reaches the point of use.
How The Era Pro Process Works
Designed for Real Specialty Coffee and Food Service Operations
Turn-Key Water Hub
ERA PRO combines pretreatment, RO production, mineral control, permeate-pump-assisted production, storage, post-tank polishing, and monitoring in one coordinated platform.
LT Pressure-Based Operation
ERA PRO LT operates on available line pressure using a high-efficiency permeate pump. The system fills the storage tank until tank pressure reaches line pressure, then naturally shuts down without solenoids, electrical shutoff switches, or powered controls.
Tank Status at a Glance
Easy-to-read gauges help operators and service teams understand feed, pump, and tank pressure. When tank pressure matches feed pressure, the tank is full.
Post-Tank Final Polish
After RO treatment, storage, and mineral blending, ERA PRO sends final water through a post-tank polishing stage to help finish the water before delivery to points of use.
MineralControl Architecture
ERA PRO manages mineral balance in a controlled final-water architecture designed for specialty coffee and food service needs.
FlowLink on ERA PRO-S
ERA PRO-S integrates FlowLink water-quality probes, flow measurement, connected monitoring, trends, graphs, and performance tracking directly into the system.
Service-Friendly Hardware
A stainless enclosure, tool-free access, Quick Twist cartridges, bulkhead quick-connect fittings, and diagnostic gauges help simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.
Modular In Form

Two Configurations
At Flow Motion Water Systems we offer two variations of our ERA PRO. Our LT model operates by utilizing line pressure. Our BST model has a few upgrades. It includes a booster pump, and a pressure switch which is powered by a 120V to 24VDC control system for optimized performance in low-pressure settings.
Pro Features

Filter Fresh
The ERA SERIES utilizes an advanced set of 5 USA made filters that eliminate a variety of harmful substances and remineralize the water to produce optimal drinking water.

Real Time Monitoring
Three integrated pressure gauges (feed, pump, and tank) for real-time system monitoring.

Smart Cleaning
Included in the ERA SERIES is its manual membrane flush valve - this valve can be periodically opened to flush impurities out from the membrane, extending its lifespan and performance.

Adjustments On The Fly
An integrated Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) monitor provides easy readout of your mineral content before and after blending. The precision mineral blending valve allows for easy adjustment of the TDS of your water for total water control.

Ease Of Service
No tools required. The three easy-release service panels make access to filters and internal parts quick and easy. The stainless steel material ensures both the inside and outside remain clean and rust-free.
